Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Fireplace and Chimney Installer to bring warmth, style, and comfort to homes and businesses! In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of fireplaces, stoves and inserts. This includes gas, wood-burning, electric, pellet and custom designs. Training available from our current experts. Your expertise will ensure each installation is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Install venting systems, framing, and other components necessary for fireplace operation while adhering to safety codes.
- Utilize construction management skills to coordinate with team members, suppliers, and clients for timely project completion.
- Traveling to onsite jobs daily with our work vehicles, typically within 60 miles from the shop site.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction site work highly recommended
- Must be able to lift heavier weights
- Must have a driver's license and vehicle to get to the shop daily
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and venting for fireplace installations recommended but not required
- The ability to communicate and work along side others to ensure a strong installation team
- Strong communication skills with the ability to follow schematics accurately and work safely in customers' homes while being courteous. Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
