Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lutz, FL, for a Clean and Seal Technician. Daily responsibilities include surface preparation through cleaning and pressure washing, application of sealing products, tinting, repairing and ensuring a finished, high-quality appearance of paver surfaces. The technician will handle equipment maintenance, follow safety protocols, and interact with customers to provide exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Experience with residential or commercial cleaning, pressure washing, or paver preparation is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate cleaning and sealing equipment effectively and perform routine maintenance.
- Understanding of material application techniques, including sealant handling and surface treatment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to address customer concerns professionally.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred.
