Job Overview
Paver Brick Super Seal is currently seeking a dedicated and diligent Paver Sealing and Pressure Washing Technician to become part of our expanding team. We specialize in paver sanding and sealing, exterior cleaning, roof soft washing, and paver installation.
A minimum of 1 year of experience is required. We are looking for an individual who is reliable, physically fit, and prepared to work extended hours as necessary. Preference will be given to applicants who possess a truck capable of towing our trailer.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial-grade equipment and apply cleaning or sealing solutions safely and efficiently.
- Prepare work sites by setting up hoses, nozzles, and cleaning agents as needed for each task.
- Inspect equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning and perform routine maintenance or report issues promptly.
- Assist with light paver installation and repair when needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent accidents or injuries during operations.
- Assess surfaces to determine the appropriate cleaning methods and solutions for optimal results.
- Document completed work, including areas cleaned, time spent, and any issues encountered during the process.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of cleaning schedules.
- Maintain a clean work environment by properly storing tools, equipment, and supplies after each job.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year paver sealing and pressure washer
- Ability to operate power washers safely while adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy equipment or supplies (50 lbs plus), and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to operating machinery and handling cleaning chemicals.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to haul/back a trailer required. Having a truck capable of towing a trailer is a strong plus.
