Paved Assets is hiring entry-level laborers who bring both strength and focus to our paving crews. This role combines the physical grit of construction labor with the accuracy and attention to detail required to deliver clean, client-ready projects.
Experience in paving, concrete, grading, or site development a plus but not required - just reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions with precision. Responsibilities
Support paving and prep crews with tasks that require both strength and attention to detail, including:
- Shoveling, raking, sweeping, compacting, and general site prep
- Assisting with layout, line striping, stenciling, and signage placement - ensuring straight, accurate, and compliant results
- Performing edge prep, tack coat application, and finish cleanup with consistency and care
- Setting up traffic control and safety zones
- Cleaning and organizing tools, equipment, and materials
- Following site safety rules, crew protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Participating in daily huddles, crew debriefs, and quality checks
