We're looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our paving team. You'll run bulldozers, backhoes, rollers, and other machines on municipal, state, and commercial development projects across North Carolina. This role requires precision, patience, and pride in the work - making sure every grade, slope, and compaction test is on point.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate bulldozers, skid steers, backhoes, pavers, and rollers
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Follow site sequencing, instructions, and traffic control plans.
- Work with the paving crew to maintain safe, efficient job flow.
- Report mechanical issues or unsafe conditions immediately.

Requirements
