To support our rapid expansion across North America and Europe, we’re hiring a Strategy Manager to partner directly with the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to drive cross-functional initiatives, strategic planning, and operational execution in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. Preference will be given to candidates located in Atlanta or the Greater Toronto Area. Working time zone is EST.
Role Summary
This is a hands-on role that merges analytical, operational, and technical skills to evaluate and drive market opportunities, optimize business performance, and support go-to-market execution. In addition, the Strategy Manager must be technically fluent enough to collaborate with major accounts, product and sales teams, assess product-market fit, and translate insights into actionable strategies. The role includes strategic planning, market research, special projects, and partnership initiatives that enable both short and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives in collaboration with the CSO, including analysis, competitive intelligence, & growth objectives
- Build business cases for new markets, product opportunities, or partnership programs
- Evaluate SaaS KPIs (ARR, CAC, LTV, retention) and identify areas for optimization
- Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment across functions
- Leverage insights from customer interactions, sales teams, and product feedback to refine go-to-market strategies
- Lead major initiatives (e.g., integrations, major account pursuits, partnerships) with sales and product teams
- Support the creation of client deliverables, executive deliverables, market analytics, and reporting
- Drive GTM process improvements to scale the business efficiently
- Work with sales and product teams to lead and conduct technical presentations, demos, and proof of concepts
- Gather insights into customer needs and provide expertise on APIs and workflow solutions
- Assist with corporate development efforts, including potential M&A or strategic partnerships
- Manage ad-hoc cross-functional projects assigned by the CSO
Key Qualifications
- 3-5 years in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or a high-growth SaaS startup
- Bachelor's degree (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced Excel skills, and excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with SaaS architecture, APIs, and product workflows
- Experience collaborating with major client accounts, sales executives, and product teams
- Strategic thinker with a bias toward execution and cross-functional collaboration
