What are the responsibilities and job description for the Software Engineer (Tulip Developer) position at Pave Talent?
A precision electronics manufacturer in Greater Boston is building its digital future on Tulip, and they need the person who will make it real. This is a newly created role with direct impact on how the shop floor runs, not a support role maintaining someone else's work.

Pave Talent is hiring on behalf of our client, a specialized electronics manufacturer based in Lowell, Massachusetts. They design and manufacture custom battery packs, cable assemblies, and electro-mechanical assemblies for life science and industrial clients. The company recently moved into a new Lowell facility and is now investing in a full digital transformation of its manufacturing floor, moving from paper-based work instructions to fully digital, connected operations using Tulip.

You will report directly to the Process Engineering Manager and serve as the primary builder of the company's Tulip ecosystem. This role is the digital transformation, not one piece of it. You are getting in at the start of a serious, funded initiative with full leadership backing. The company has already piloted Tulip and is ready to scale. What does not exist yet is the person who will own the build.
No legacy mess to clean up. Just a blank slate, a clear mandate, and a team that genuinely wants this done.
