Position Overview
Pave Right Solutions is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to assist with asphalt paving, sealcoating, site preparation, and general outdoor construction projects. This role requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with asphalt paving and sealcoating projects
- Prepare job sites (sweeping, clearing debris, leveling surfaces)
- Operate hand tools and basic power tools
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
- Support crew leaders and equipment operators as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding labor (lifting 50 lbs, bending, standing for long periods)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Punctual and dependable
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Previous construction or paving experience preferred (not required)
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
