What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paving Laborer and Sealcoating position at Pave-it?
Pave-it LLC is a well established Paving Company serving all over Cincinnati. We are looking for reliable and responsible People with experience in the Asphalt Business. We mainly pave and repair driveways and parking lots. This is a longterm position that requires you to work outside ca 40 hrs a week. We are located in the Eastgate Area. Compensation is great. Paid Holidays, paid vacation and overtime or Salary will make a positive work ethic and motivation worth your while. Experience is a necessary requirement and should be a minimum of a year. We have new equipment and new trucks. Only apply if you have a valid drivers license. Flexible hours and schedules
Requirements :
- 1 year of Blacktop experience previous employment with companies and Credentials or recommendations
- Ability to teach the skills to other workers
- be a team player and work in a crew
- possible crew leader abilities over time
- experience operating equipment like rollers, Compactors possibly Paving equipment
- experience driving trucks and trailers
- Practice safety on the Job
- valid driver license, possible CDL and clean driving record
- must pass drug test
