Your Impact
- Execute routine inspections and testing to verify products meet rigorous quality benchmarks.
- Capture and maintain precise records of inspection outcomes and quality metrics.
- Spot, document, and communicate nonconformances to drive timely resolution.
- Partner with production to implement corrective actions and enhance processes.
- Contribute to the creation and upkeep of quality control procedures.
- Participate in internal audits and assist with external audit preparation and support.
- Continuously seek out and apply evolving industry standards and QA best practices.
What Sets You Up for Success
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional quality-related coursework or certification is beneficial.
- Demonstrated experience in a quality technician or similar capacity.
- Working knowledge of quality tools, methods, and measurement systems.
- Detail-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Effective communicator in both written and verbal formats.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and quality management software.
