We're looking for a dependable, hard-working Maintenance & Grounds Crew Member to join our maintenance team and help support three properties in the Capital Region:
- Robert Gardens North – a 200-unit apartment community in Queensbury
- Maple Commons (631 Maple Avenue, Wilton, NY)– a 127-unit apartment community currently under construction in Wilton (opening October 2026)
- Saratoga Regional Health Center (612 Maple Avenue, Wilton, NY)– a medical office building currently under construction in Wilton (opening June 2026)
This is a hands-on, full-time position for someone who works well as part of a team, follows direction, and takes pride in quality work. You'll support day-to-day maintenance and grounds operations while working under the guidance of a maintenance team and Regional Maintenance Director.
Job Responsibilities
Work alongside other team members to assist with:
Grounds & Exterior Work (Robert Gardens North only)
- Lawn mowing, weed whacking, mulching, and general landscaping
- Seasonal cleanups and maintaining curb appeal
- Snow removal including plowing, shoveling, and salting
General Maintenance Support
- Basic plumbing and minor repairs
- Light fixture and bulb replacements
- Painting, patching, and cleaning
- Upkeep of common areas and building systems
Turnovers & Light Construction
- Assisting with apartment turnovers
- Demo, drywall repair, and installation
- Cabinet installation and minor finish work
Additional Duties
- Miscellaneous maintenance tasks as needed
- Travel between properties as part of the normal workday (mileage and gas covered)
On-Call Responsibilities
This role includes participation in an on-call rotation supporting all three properties. On-call duties are primarily related to weather events and maintenance emergencies. An external on-call service is used to intake calls before escalation to the maintenance team.
- On-call stipend: $200 per week when scheduled
- Hourly pay for any time worked while on call

Schedule & Employment Details
- Full-time
- Typical hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Weekends off (except snow events or on-call needs)
