Responsibilities
- Operate pressure washers, scrapers, brushes, and other cleaning tools safely and effectively to remove dirt, grime, mold, algae, and other buildup from building exteriors.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, gutters, and downspouts to ensure clarity and proper drainage.
- Prepare work sites by setting up ladders, scaffolding, or safety barriers in accordance with safety standards.
- Inspect work areas for potential hazards or damage and report issues promptly to supervisors.
- Follow established safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during outdoor cleaning tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and tools after each job to ensure longevity and optimal performance.
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding service details or special requests to ensure complete satisfaction.
Experience
- Prior experience in exterior cleaning or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering thorough and high-quality cleaning results.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods during work shifts.
