- Bring ideas to life. Plan and coordinate programs, activities, events, and learning opportunities for children, teens, and adults.
- Keep the books coming! Select and purchase books and other materials that meet the interests and needs of our community.
- Keep things running smoothly. Oversee daily library operations, including circulation, organization, scheduling, and general upkeep.

- Keep learning. Stay current on library resources, technology, policies, and opportunities to improve library services.
- Bring your own ideas! Help the library grow by exploring new programs, creative projects, and ways to serve our community.
And yes, there will probably be days when you're helping someone find a book, planning a craft, answering the phone, fixing a display, and tackling paperwork all at once. Life at a small-town library keeps things interesting!
