Compensation & Benefits:
Earnings: Base salary Commission. Realistic first-year earnings of $50,000 – $70,000, with top performers surpassing $100,000 .

What You’ll Do:
Manage Your Business: Lead-generation and prospecting, while participating in our fair-share dealership showroom lead rotation.
Be the Expert: Provide transparent information to customers (the \"first time they ask\") to help them make the best choice.
Build a Following: Drive success through vehicle units sold, ensuring your customers feel respected and valued throughout the process.
What You'll Need to Succeed (Requirements):
