Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist located in Annville, PA, with onsite at property time around the US, and work-from-home. Travel is approximately 50% onsite. The Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HUD and IRS requirements, managing regulatory compliance issues, conducting compliance audits, and providing detailed analytical reports. Day-to-day tasks will include compliance management, communication with stakeholders, and staying updated on relevant HUD regulations.
