Pauley Plastic, LLC is looking for a dependable and hardworking Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on accurate shipping, receiving, material handling, pallet building, and safe equipment operation.
We are seeking someone who values accuracy, safety, and teamwork and is comfortable working with tools and warehouse equipment. This position is best suited for someone comfortable with physical labor and working in an industrial warehouse environment.
Position Summary
The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for managing inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing materials for shipment, and supporting general warehouse operations. This role also includes pallet construction, light grinding, and the use of hand and power tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments; verify materials against packing slips and bills of lading.
- Report shortages, overages, or damaged goods to supervisors promptly.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare outgoing shipments according to order specifications.
- Generate and maintain shipping documentation.
- Load and unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and organized storage areas.
- Construct and repair pallets using nail guns, saws, and other power tools.
- Operate grinders safely to prepare materials for storage or shipment (training and PPE provided).
- Strap, wrap, stack, and secure materials for transport.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of shipping/receiving procedures and documentation.
- Comfortable operating forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Comfortable using hand tools, grinders, and power tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.

Compensation & Benefits
- $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
