Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Storm Lake, IA. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing data center site logistics activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within scope. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with expeditors and logistics personnel, communicating with stakeholders, and tracking resource allocation across the site. - Inspection and quality control skills to assess site setups, safety conditions, and compliance with project standards.
- Relevant experience in construction, data center, or industrial project environments, preferably involving large-scale site logistics.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to make decisions in dynamic field conditions.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and basic office software for scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site full-time, including in outdoor and variable weather conditions, and to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
