What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospital Homebound Teacher position at Paulding County Schools?
Qualifications:
Must be hold a Georgia teaching certificate or be eligible for certification in one or more content areas. Special Education certification is preferred.
The Paulding County School District reserves the right to accept alternatives to some of the above requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide instruction
Demonstrate proficiency in all components of ESeP due process procedures
Written and Oral Communication skills
Assess and encourage student progress
Manage the learning environment
Comply with state and district level regulations and policies
Comply with the rules of the Professional Standards Commission code of ethics for educators
Other duties as assigned by the principal or immediate supervisor.
Salary: State base pay plus local supplement based on years of experience and degree.
