In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical insurance to individuals seeking coverage. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. This position requires a proactive approach to building relationships and driving sales in a competitive market.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of medical products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Educate clients on available health plans and coverage options.
- Participate in training and professional development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, and customer interactions.
- Must be able to obtain 2-15 license upon hiring and completion of training.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage clients professionally.
- Capability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

Schedule:
- Starting agents will average between 50-60 hour work weeks.
- Upon completion of training you have the option to create your own schedule.
