Front Desk Agent
Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Must have open availability to work mornings, evenings and weekends.

GENERAL PURPOSE
Builds a first impression for the guests by providing punctual, courteous and efficient handling of requests, which include check-in and checkout, handling cashier registers, and answering calls.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prioritize and organize work
• Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
• Work with minimal supervision
• Greet customers in a friendly and sincere manner
• Checking guests in and out in professional manner
• Complete registration process working with a computer system
• Count money accurately and handle cash, cards, checks, vouchers, vigilantly
• Provide concierge services
• Transmit and receive messages using a telephone
• Provide satisfactory overall customer service
• Be of assistance to the Bell person/Shuttle Driver
• Respond to guest inquiries and in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Provide or obtain accurate information
Other duties as assigned by management
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1 year of previous experience in customer service required.
Good computer skills
Availability for flexible scheduling
Ability to communicate in the English language
Ability to communicate with guests, management, and co-workers
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
Must be able to push/pull up to 100 pounds occasionally
Must be able to stand and exert well-placed mobility for up to 8 hours
Must be able to kneel, squat, bend, stoop, and twist to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation
