JOB PROFILE
We’re looking for a Full-Time Retail Sales and Design Associate to join our team. This role offers a salary-plus-commission structure and the opportunity to work in a supportive, non-competitive environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers and building strong relationships
- Providing design guidance and product expertise
- Assisting customers in selecting materials and completing purchases
- Preparing estimates and following up promptly
- Coordinating material orders and installation details
- Ensuring a smooth, positive experience for every customer
REQUIREMENTS
We’re seeking someone who is energetic, reliable, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting. A genuine interest in design and a willingness to develop deep product knowledge are essential.
Candidates should bring:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Solid computer, typing, and basic math abilities
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Schedule is Tuesday–Friday (8:30am–5pm) and Saturdays (9am–1pm)
- Experience in flooring, design, or sales is a significant plus.
