Position Summary
The Pest Control Branch Manager supports branch operations by overseeing service quality, technician performance, customer satisfaction, and route production. This role works closely with leadership to maintain company standards while supporting team development and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Route Technicians to ensure high-quality pest control service
- Assist with complex pest issues and resolve problem accounts
- Conduct ride-alongs to train and coach technicians on service standards
- Ensure all scheduled service routes are completed and meet quality expectations
- Promote cross-selling opportunities and support branch sales growth
- Manage technician training, safety practices, and company procedures
- Oversee equipment, vehicle inspections, and chemical inventory
- Maintain strong communication with staff, leadership, and customers
Requirements:
Education & Licensing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Florida Applicator’s Certificate (required)
Experience
- 3 years of management or leadership experience
- Pest control industry experience preferred
Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to resolve customer service issues effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling or reporting systems
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to access attics, crawl spaces, and other treatment areas
