Drive financial performance, ensure operational excellence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement for manufacturing and project-based operations. Responsibility for ensuring the integrity of financial data, driving cost efficiency, and supporting executive decision-making through accurate and timely reporting in the areas of accounting, job costing, inventory management, customer invoicing and collections.
- Oversee standard costing, variance analysis, and cost allocation.
- Monitor and analyze inventory valuation and movements.
- Collaborate with operations to improve cost tracking and control.
- Partner with operations to align financial data with production metrics.
- Lead annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting.
- Track performance against budget and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee GL activities, journal entries, accruals, adjustments, and reconciliations.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting policies.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decisions.
- Manage external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
