e are an established custom awards and framing company seeking a detail-oriented Custom Framer / Installer. The role includes jersey framing, shadowboxes, specialty display work, and frame assembly. We also provide cross-training in awards and trophy assembly.
About the Position
You will work on:
- Jersey framing and sports memorabilia displays
- Custom picture frames and shadowboxes
- Acrylic and glass frame assembly
- Matting, mounting, backing, and finishing work
- On-site and in-shop frame installations
- Cross-training in awards, trophies, and product assembly
Responsibilities:
- Assemble custom frames, jersey displays, and shadowboxes
- Measure, cut, mount, and finish framing materials
- Safely handle art, jerseys, acrylic, and glass
- Assist with awards/trophy assembly and finishing
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Support occasional field installations (local area)
Qualifications:
- Experience in framing, woodworking, fabrication, or similar craft preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accurate measuring skills
- Comfortable with hand tools and shop tools
- Reliable, punctual, and quality-focused
- Valid driver's license preferred for occasional installations
Preferred but not required:
- Jersey or memorabilia framing experience
- Experience with mat cutters, saws, or precision shop tools
- Awards/trophy shop experience
Schedule & Compensation:
- $22–$25/hr based on experience
- Monday–Friday daytime schedule
