We're looking for someone who enjoys doing marketing research, participating in brainstorming sessions, creating content, and developing marketing campaigns. We are looking for a team-oriented Marketing Strategist with omnichannel experience to join our global team.
Essential Job Functions
- Develop product line marketing strategies aligned with customer insights to address the current market, anticipate growth opportunities, and drive sales.
- Develop robust go-to-market strategy and plan for new product launches, to include, but not limited to, development of sales collateral, product labels, product images/illustrations, creation of product web pages, email campaigns, press releases, trade show support, print ads, social media posts, and digital ad campaign
- Continually seek inventive ways to generate excitement and demand.
- Plan, develop, and execute the strategic content mix for communication channels. Ensure content relates to industry, solution, product changes or new developments, shaping the marketing message to align with consumer insights.
- Helps shape the brand positioning and narrative while targeting the proper audience.
- Works collaboratively with the multifunctional teams (global marketing, IT, service, sales, product development, etc) to unite efforts related to ultimately improving customer experience, conversion, retention and wallet-share. Solicit input, content, and resources from stakeholders.
- Improve search-related activities through ongoing analysis, experimentation, or optimization tests, using A/B or multivariate methods.
- Optimize digital assets, such as text, graphics, or multimedia assets, for search engine optimization (SEO) or for display and usability.
- Shape compelling campaigns and communicate how products/services meet the needs of our customers.
- Manage schedules, budgets, assets, overall scope, and project organization to ensure project requirements are met. Communicate timelines, estimated efforts, resource needs, risk issues, budget, etc. to management.
- Oversee work with creative and production teams to develop effective promotional materials, staying true to company brand and voice.
- Independently develop and deliver website, social media, sales collateral, video, and marketing content to stakeholders that aligns with brand guidelines and voice.
- Stays current on marketing best practices, brand awareness, SEO, SEM, lead generation, and thought leadership. Implements best practices where applicable.
- Analyze, track, and report on meaningful KPIs to enhance performance and drive results. Collect and analyze Web metrics, such as visits, time on site, page views per visit, traffic mix, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, or cost per click.
- Research product markets, potential customers, and new marketing channels to broaden brand awareness and generate product demand. Drive the development of personas to leverage research and market analysis.
- Oversee value proposition meetings, as applicable, to help assess target audiences, market demand, competition, pricing structures, market trends, and positioning for new products.
- Oversee business model meetings, as applicable, to help further assess new product viability, true market size, resource demands, cost structures, and potential ROI.
- Create, distribute, and report results of surveys aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and gaining market/customer insights.
- Collaborate in product naming exercises while focusing on a product’s unique value proposition, using naming best practices, researching competitor names, assessing potential name availability through online search, and vetting via the United States Patent and Trademark Office, before submitting to legal team.
- Produce webinars to support product launches, dealer/sales team training, and sales incentives, including script development, scheduling, drafting participant email marketing, prepping contributors, and developing/delivering relevant surveys for customer and product feedback.
- Write effective content to communicate product features, benefits, and solutions, while generating brand awareness across all market segments. This may include, white papers, case studies, website copy, ad copy, webinar scripts, emails, video scripts or blog posts.
- Craft polished communications and presentations for delivery to dealer network, external business partners, internal business partners, outside vendors, and customers.
- Develop and update resources for the online dealer portal, as applicable, including technical documents, marketing collateral, training videos, branded assets, product images, co-op ads, and more.
- Organize and communicate incentives to help drive sales, in some cases amongst dealers. Help set, track, and communicate incentive benefits to customers and sales goals to internal team members. Responsible for communicating rules, welcome gift/collateral delivery, competition updates, winner announcements, prize fulfillment, sharing results with appropriate parties, and legal compliance.
- Utilize inbound marketing and sales software effectively
- Regular, in-person attendance due to necessary teamwork and personal interactive nature of this position.

Education and Experience
- Experience in a B2B marketing environment preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or relevant field is preferred.
- Experience in project or client management preferred
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing-related positions which demonstrates progressive career development.
