OUR VISION

Basic Qualifications

• Current Cosmetology license
• Open availability - our current school hours are Monday through Wednesday 7:30am-10:00pm, Thursday and Friday 7:30am-6:30pm
• Knowledgeable in all areas the Cosmetology License covers - including, but not limited to, sanitation, color, cutting, texture, nails, skin, and makeup
• Skills in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment
• Honest and professional
• Solid work history with verifiable references
• At least 3 years experience behind the chair
• Visionary and positive attitude
• Excellent organization, coaching and communication skills
• Knowledge in Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems is preferred
