Education and Training:
- One to two years of customer service experience is needed.
- Experience in the beauty industry and/or education is a plus.
Objective:
The Enrollment Specialist is the first point of contact for prospective Future Professionals who are interested in enrolling in a Paul Mitchell School. They are responsible for establishing initial contact, building rapport, and conducting a qualifying pre-assessment of each prospective Future Professional. They will assist prospective Future Professionals in scheduling and preparing for their school tour and enrollment appointments, while providing them with answers to their questions regarding Paul Mitchell Schools education, the enrollment process, and opportunities for our graduates available in the beauty industry. The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for completing tasks in the CRM to ensure prospective Future Professionals are efficiently moving through the admissions process.
In addition to their primary responsibilities, the Enrollment Specialist will cross-train in the Admissions Advisor role and serve as a knowledgeable backup to support admissions functions across locations as needed.
Enrollment Specialist — Essential Functions
- Masters and manages the school's CRM lead tracking system for all lead follow-up
- Masters and utilizes a lead follow-up system and customizes sample scripts for lead follow-up
- Documents all CRM lead profile non-negotiables in the prospective Future Professional's CRM lead profile
- Masters the Admissions telephone questionnaire for engaging prospective Future Professionals and documents all information in the school's CRM
- Manages and engages prospective Future Professionals via telephone, text message, e-mail, and live chat
- Screens and processes admissions applications to determine acceptance
- Cross-trains in the Admissions Advisor role to provide coverage and support across all 7 locations as needed
- Travels between regional locations as required to support enrollment and admissions operations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
