WHAT IS IT LIKE TO BE A SERVICE DESK COORDINATOR?
At Paul Mitchell The School St. Louis, our Service Desk Coordinators ( we call them Guest Experience Team members) provide the first impression of the school by accommodating guests who call, text, or enter the school. Additionally, you get to participate in assisting and mentoring our Future Professionals as they learn and observe the systems associated with what it takes to have a smooth guest service experience from check-in to check-out.
ARE YOU THE SERVICE DESK COORDINATOR WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
To thrive in this role, candidates must possess a blend of the following essential skills and qualifications.
- Customer service experience
- Friendly personality
- Good organization and communication skills
- Sales experience (supporting and recommending products to our guests)
- Solid work history with verifiable references
- Passion for the beauty industry
- Honesty and professionalism
- Previous cash management and balancing cash drawers
- Inventory control and product management experience
- Experience in handling phone systems
- Basic computer and software skills
- Available for morning, afternoon, evening and Saturday shifts
- Requires standing, walking, repetitive motion, and computer screen time.
