WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?
As the Admissions and Marketing Advisor, you'll serve as the primary contact for prospective students, guiding them from inquiry through enrollment. You'll conduct campus tours, provide information about programs and tuition, maintain accurate admissions records, and ensure all enrollment processes are completed in compliance with school policies and standards.You'll also oversee daily admissions operations, monitor inquiry and enrollment activity, support Admissions Advisors when applicable, and collaborate with school leadership to develop strategies that increase enrollment and brand awareness.In addition, you'll coordinate outreach activities, career fairs, open houses, and community events while helping prospective students navigate the enrollment process from start to finish.SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS
This position is primarily on-site and may include:- Day, evening, or weekend hours as needed
- Occasional school events or outreach activities outside normal business hours
- Up to 10% travel
