Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in barbering techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our clients.
Duties
- Perform haircuts, shaves, and grooming services according to client preferences and current trends.
- Sanitize tool and workbench and overall maintain a clean workspace
- Provide consultations to clients regarding haircuts and shaves
- Upsell additional services such as selling barber supplies in the store if possible (not mandatory)
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Barber with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in barbering techniques, including haircuts, shaves, and styling.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to upsell services and products confidently to enhance customer satisfaction. (preferred not mandatory)
- A valid barbering license as required by state regulations.
