We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Sales Receptionist to join our dealership team. The Sales Receptionist is often the first point of contact for our customers and plays an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional dealership experience.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, polished, comfortable speaking with customers both in person and over the phone, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced automotive sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet all customers entering the showroom promptly and professionally.
- Determine the purpose of each customer’s visit and connect them with the appropriate salesperson, manager, or department.
- Answer and route incoming dealership telephone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Assist with tracking and distributing showroom traffic to the sales team.
- Notify sales consultants and managers when appointments and customers arrive.
- Assist customers who are waiting for a sales consultant or manager and ensure they are acknowledged and comfortable.
- Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming reception and showroom area.
- Assist the sales department with basic administrative and clerical duties.
- Help maintain accurate customer and visitor information when required.
- Support dealership appointment and customer follow-up processes as directed by management.
- Assist with scanning, filing, copying, and organizing sales-related documentation.
- Work closely with Sales Managers, BDC/Internet staff, and Sales Consultants to ensure customers are handled promptly.
- Provide basic information regarding dealership hours, departments, and available services.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer information.
- Perform additional sales support and administrative duties as assigned.

- Previous receptionist, customer service, retail, hospitality, or automotive dealership experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work evenings and/or Saturdays as required by the position.

Schedule:
