Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital, for both accounting and administrative departments
- Maintain accounts, ensuring all information reflected is accurate and up to date
- Operate phone systems, answer incoming calls, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide administrative support by posting automotive documents
- Processes vehicle titles and registrations with precision and accuracy
- Research vehicle titles and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Meets company and regulatory agency timelines in processing titles and resolving title issues
- Working knowledge of Motor Vehicle Regulations and Procedures
- Reconcile MV accounting schedule
- Scanning and filing of documents
- General accounting duties in coordination with MV processing
- Perform administrative duties in the office such as data entry, word processing, filing, copying, and other duties associated with this position
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in file management, both physical and digital
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle incoming calls professionally
- Excellent administrative skills, including data entry, recordkeeping, and correspondence
- Previous experience in automotive industry preferred
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
