Paul Little – State Farm Agent is hiring a full-time Account Manager to help grow our agency through outbound prospecting, relationship-building, and sales.
This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by goals, comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, and interested in building a long-term career in insurance and financial services. Candidates with experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, inside sales, call center sales, or other phone-based sales roles are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
- Speak with prospective customers and identify insurance needs
- Build rapport quickly and maintain professional phone conversations
- Overcome objections and keep conversations moving toward the next step
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain pipeline activity
- Schedule appointments, generate quotes, and create sales opportunities
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic in a performance-driven environment
Qualifications
- Outbound calling, telemarketing, call center, inside sales, or high-volume phone sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable spending much of the workday on the phone
- Motivated by sales goals, activity metrics, and performance-based income
- Coachable, resilient, and dependable
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Property & Casualty or Life & Health license preferred, but not required
- Must be willing to obtain insurance licensing
