PJCCHS, INC. has a Clinical Supervisor position available for our Behavioral Health Department for Clinical Treatment Services in Brooklyn.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field.
- Appropriate licensure. (Social work, Psychology, Nursing etc.)
- Proficient with supervision, service delivery, and case management fundamentals.
- Proficient knowledge of applicable laws.
- Strong people skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
- Assist to ensure Paul J. Cooper compliance with OMH, OPWDD Article 16 and Article 31 regulatory guidance.
- Liaise with Nursing Director.
- Social worker intern oversight.
- Participate in clinical meetings with the team to discuss issues relating to medical behavior, programming or other issues that affect the individual’s progress.
- Conduct observation on the individual’s behavior and intervention with others.
- Supervise and train QIDP’S overseeing clinical staff and address clinical issues regarding their job responsibilities. (Documentation must be provided)
- Assists in coordination and implementation of training staff in accordance with regulatory requirements, assist in developing and monitoring of expansion projects.
- Chair the Human Rights Committee monthly meetings and provide a copy of the minutes.
- Perform all other duties relevant to the position as requested or approved by the Director of Developmentally Disability Services or the CEO.
- Train staff as required on all behavior intervention plans review data monthly to ensure completion by clinical staff.
- Responsible for oversight at all psychological and behavior issues and matters.
- Participation in DOH, and OPWDD training and council meetings.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
