- Monitor food inventory, order supplies, and manage budgets effectively.
- Stay updated on nutritional trends and implement best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Dietary Manager or in a similar role.
- Must have completed an approved sanitation and safety course
- Knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements for different age groups.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Certification in Dietary Management is a plus.
