Under the direct supervision of the Director, Talent Acquisition, the Senior Coordinator will support the firm’s lateral partner recruiting initiatives.

We have an opening for a motivated Senior Coordinator, Talent Acquisition in our Talent Management department.
Under the direct supervision of the Director, Talent Acquisition, the Senior Coordinator will support the firm’s lateral partner recruiting initiatives.
In this capacity, the Senior Coordinator, Talent Acquisition will:
- Prioritize the candidate experience above all else and manage multiple candidates at various stages of the recruiting pipeline;
- Coordinate complex interview schedules and follow-up efforts across offices and time zones;
- Lead firmwide coordination and execution of private dinners for lateral partners, including event logistics, communications, budget planning, and collaboration with partners and recruiting teams;
- Assist and prepare market intelligence research reports on firms and prospective candidates;
- Communicate with key stake holders and search firms about candidate status, obtaining additional information from the candidate and soliciting feedback;
- Support coordination of the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition to the Firm;
- Work beyond scheduled hours as required, including attendance at events in the evenings and/or on weekends, and assist with time-sensitive requests during those times; travel as needed for programs, activities, and initiatives; and
- Handle additional related projects, as assigned.
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written communications;
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information;
- Ability to work in a collaborative and fast paced team environment;
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word and document editing/comparison applications;
- Fundamental proficiency in MS Outlook and web-based conference call/web-sharing applications;
- Fundamental to Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and spreadsheet/database applications; and
- Fundamental to Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and presentation applications.
- Bachelor’s Degree (required);
- At least 4 years of recruiting/Talent Acquisition related experience in the legal industry preferred; and
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking Software (preferred).
