Our Chicago Office is seeking a 2nd-6th Year Corporate Associate to join our leading Private Equity practice. Candidates must have experience representing private equity sponsors in the acquisition and disposition of portfolio companies. Outstanding academic credentials and big law firm experience preferred.
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $235,000 and a maximum of $390,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
