What are the responsibilities and job description for the Boston Corporate M&A Mid-Level Associate position at Paul Hastings?
Paul Hastings’ Boston M&A partners are seeking skilled Corporate Associates with three to six years of experience in mergers and acquisitions to join their growing team.
Ideal candidates will have experience handling private and public company M&A transactions as well as running deals and managing high level responsibilities. Interest or experience in emerging growth companies is a plus, and the group is also open to associates with private equity experience.
Boston is a strategic focus for Paul Hastings, and M&A associates will be part of a collaborative and dynamic practice and will work closely with seasoned partners on sophisticated deals while gaining hands on mentoring and professional development.
U.S. law firm experience is required. Candidates must have outstanding academics and be admitted to and in good standing with the Massachusetts State Bar (or eligibility to waive in). Please submit a cover letter, resume, deal sheet, and law school transcript.
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $260,000 and a maximum of $390,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
