The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $91,000 and a maximum of $116,000 annually. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. This role is exempt meaning it is not overtime pay eligible.

We have an opening for an Analyst, Billing Compliance.
In this capacity, the Analyst, Billing Compliance will:
- Ensure all bills firm-wide are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with the Client Billing Guidelines and the Firm's internal procedures;
- Review and manage audit of all existing and new matters opened are in compliance with firm requirements using appropriate billing system matter codes;
- Coordinate with Conflicts, Terms, Pricing, eBilling, Time and Collections to ensure matters are opened to comply with Paul Hastings requirements;
- Support process improvements within Intapp Open and Intapp Time;
- Projects as assigned to ensure matters are maintained to comply with client guidelines;
- Projects to audit and improve OCG compliance;
- Secure communications with billing attorneys and CSS's regarding adherence to clients' requirements;
- Respond to all billing requests from billing attorneys, CSS's, clients, and other internal teams; Provide all billing reports requested;
- Team with Financial Services to ensure proper support for billing updates and upgrade projects; and
- Handle additional related projects as necessary.
- Advanced proficiency in administering windows and web-based accounting programs, particularly for legal-specific accounting systems (Elite);
- Advanced proficiency in document management systems (WorkSite, FileSite, DeskSite, Equitrac);
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite applications;
- Advanced proficiency in financial forecasting programs (targetCash); and
- Advanced knowledge of principles and practices of accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance (preferred);
- At least 5 years of financial systems experience (required);
- At least 5 years of general accounting experience (required); and
- At least 5 years of legal billing experience (required).
