What are the responsibilities and job description for the NY Securities Litigation Associate (Mid-Level) position at Paul Hastings LLP?
The New York office of Paul Hastings is seeking a mid-level associate with private securities litigation experience. This is a tremendous opportunity for an associate to take on significant responsibility in managing and running cases. Candidates should have strong experience in taking and defending depositions, drafting briefs and other motion papers, and arguing motions. Strong writing, oral advocacy, organizational skills as well as outstanding academic credentials are required. Admission to the New York Bar preferred. Include cover letter, resume, law school transcript and writing sample with your application.
