NY Global Finance Mid-Level Associate
Paul Hastings' Global Finance team is seeking Mid-Level Associates with at least three years of experience to join the firm's rapidly growing practice in New York.
Ideal candidates will have experience executing complex finance transactions and credit arrangements. The group's clients consist of many high-profile bank and nonbank lenders, including private debt funds.
We are open hiring mid-level associates to sit in any of our U.S. offices, but candidates must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are hired. The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $260,000 and a maximum of $420,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
