Role Responsibilities
As our Google Ads Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating and managing high-performing PPC campaigns for clients across a range of healthcare businesses.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, building and managing Google Ads campaigns that generate qualified leads and maximise ROI
- Monitoring campaign performance and continuously optimising targeting, keywords, bidding strategies, ad copy and budgets
- Analysing campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Keeping up to date with the latest Google Ads features, platform updates and industry best practices
- Building strong relationships with clients by providing regular updates, performance insights and strategic recommendations
- Producing clear, data-driven reports that demonstrate campaign performance and next steps
- Collaborating closely with our wider marketing team to ensure PPC campaigns align with broader marketing strategies
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where required while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team culture
We're looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience managing successful Google Ads campaigns across multiple accounts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
- A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for continuous learning and improvement
- Experience using Google Ads, Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
