- Stay informed about insurance products, company policies, and industry regulations to provide accurate guidance.
- Respond to customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating more complex matters to management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails and assist with basic communication needs.

- High school diploma or equivalent
