Full-time | $18.00 – $21.00 per hour | 1st & 2nd Shifts

Paul Delima Coffee Company, a growing wholesale coffee roaster, is now hiring full-time Machine Operators, Apprentices, and Packaging Associates for first and second shift positions. We’re seeking dependable individuals who want to grow with a company that values attention to detail, teamwork, and quality.

Shift Schedules:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Open Positions & Requirements

Machine Operators

• Experience operating computer-controlled machinery
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple machines
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Machine Operator Associates

• Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and develop machine operating skills
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Team-oriented and self-motivated

Packaging Associates

• No experience required – training provided
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience and role)
• Insurance: Company pays 80% of group health and dental insurance
• Coverage begins the 1st of the month after your start date
