We provide a base salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000, along with monthly bonuses based on completed projects. Total compensation can range from $65,000 per year - $110,000 per year, including monthly bonuses. ***

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise various construction projects from start to finish.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, internal teams, and insurance adjusters.
- Keep track of project budgets and timelines while exploring strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Hold meetings with subcontractors to review schedules, necessary permits, and to set clear expectations.
- Perform regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and adherence to building codes and safety standards.
- Review all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress updates.
- Identify and address any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process, proactively implementing solutions to keep projects on schedule.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction projects.
