We help homeowners restore their homes - and peace of mind - after unexpected damage. As a Lead Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis Restoration, you’ll respond to properties affected by water, fire, mold, or other damage while helping guide and support team members on-site.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform and help oversee restoration work (e.g., water mitigation, board-up, mold remediation)
- Provide excellent customer service and support team members on-site
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and ensure equipment is ready for use
- Assist with setting up equipment and preparing materials for removal or storage
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment used on the job
- Participate in an on-call schedule and remain reachable as needed
- Support warehouse and facility tasks when required
- Assist with demolition of damaged materials
Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Written and verbal fluency in English
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently
- Exposure to potentially extreme weather conditions
- Standing, lifting, bending, twisting, pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, for 8-12 hours per day
