What You'll Do
- Perform water, fire, and mold mitigation work
- Set up drying equipment, remove damaged materials, and clean job sites
- Assist with tarping, board-up, and demolition as needed
- Communicate professionally with customers during stressful situations
- Maintain clean, stocked trucks and equipment
- Participate in on-call rotation (nights/weekends as needed)
- Paid training, certifications, and clear career paths
- Opportunity to grow into Lead Tech, Mitigation Lead, or Management
