As a leader in property damage restoration, we are looking for a motivated individual to oversee construction projects and ensure their successful completion. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and vendors Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Communicate with clients and provide regular project updates Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations Requirements: 5+ years of experience in construction project management Knowledge of building codes and regulations Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Valid driver's license and clean driving record About Us: Paul Davis Restoration of Portland / Vancouver has been providing top-quality restoration and remodeling services for over 20 years.
