Position Information:
The Estimating Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the efficiency and organization of the Estimating Team. This position is responsible for coordinating and assisting Field Estimators, managing the flow of project documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate submission of estimates. The Estimating Coordinator will also assist in hiring, onboarding new estimators, and utilizing Xactimate software.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction, restoration, or insurance estimating
Proficiency in using estimating software, such as Xactimate
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High school diploma or equivalent (required); additional education or certifications are a plus.

The Estimating Coordinator will also assist in hiring, onboarding new estimators, and utilizing Xactimate software.
Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support Field Estimators with scheduling, documentation, and project follow-ups.
- Organize and manage project files, estimates, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
- Assist in tracking project timelines, deadlines, and any outstanding tasks to keep projects on schedule.
- Facilitate communication between Field Estimators, Project Managers, and clients to support smooth project execution.
- Assist with the hiring and onboarding process for new Estimators, ensuring they have the resources and support to succeed.
- Utilize Xactimate to update and track project estimates and assist Field Estimators in documentation processes.
- Prepare project status reports and help manage the database for project tracking and communication.
- Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements and maintain high standards in estimating and project coordination.

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
