The job
We’re looking for a Mitigation Technician to help clean up and stabilize homes and businesses after water, fire, or mold damage. You’ll be one of the first people on site after a loss. The work is physical, fast-paced, and important. If you like working with your hands, showing up on time, and doing work you can be proud of, this job might be for you.

We’re looking for a Mitigation Technician to help clean up and stabilize homes and businesses after water, fire, or mold damage. You’ll be one of the first people on site after a loss. The work is physical, fast-paced, and important. If you like working with your hands, showing up on time, and doing work you can be proud of, this job might be for you.
What you’ll be doing
- Water extraction, drying, board-ups, tarping, and demolition
- Mold remediation and general cleanup work
- Following company and industry standards on every job
- Talking with homeowners and explaining what you’re doing in plain terms
- Using a phone or tablet to document jobs
- Keeping your truck, tools, and equipment clean and ready
- Being available for on-call work, including nights and weekends
- Helping teammates when needed and stepping up when things get busy
What we’re looking for
- Strong work ethic and good attitude
- Comfortable doing physical labor in all types of conditions
- Able to lift 75 lbs and stay on your feet most of the day
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to work overtime, nights, and weekends when required
- Basic comfort using a smartphone or tablet for job documentation
- Willing to learn and take direction
Experience in restoration, construction, or trades is helpful, but we’ll train the right person.
